SMILES Daycare

SMILES Daycare is currently closed as we work hard behind the scenes to build a strong, dedicated daycare team that meets the child-care needs of our community. We take this responsibility seriously. Over the past months, we have completely revamped the physical environment, cleared out the old, and prepared the space for a fresh start—we are now awaiting new equipment, furniture, and materials that will create a warm, safe, and engaging learning space for our little ones.

As we prepare to reopen in the New Year, we are actively seeking licensed ECEs and ECEAs to join our team: three ECEs and two ECEAs, with one licensed ECE needed to start immediately. We offer fair compensation, employee benefits, a fair annual leave accrual rate, professional development opportunities, and many small perks that come with being part of the GWES family. The ECE Wage Enhancement will be reapplied for as soon as possible, and once approved, the top-up will be added to wages.
